THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 18660/2025 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the high handed action on the part of the respondents No. 5 to 7 herein interfering with the civil disputes in between petitioners and 8 to 12 respondents by threatened and illegally and forcibly settled and registered on 05/06/2025 and mutated on 03/06/2025 in respect of land in Survey No 218/11 an extent of ac 0.14 cents situated at Vaddiparru Village, Poduru Mandalin favour of 8th respondent by misusing the official power is highly illegal arbitrary and contrary to the judgments of the APEX courts apart from violative of article 14,16,21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents No. 2-4 to initiate the departmental action against the 5 to 7 respondents regarding the misuse of official power in interfering the civil disputes of the petitioners and unofficial respondents in respect of the scheduled property an extent of ac 0.14 cents in survey No 218/11 situated at Vaddiparru Village and to pass…”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home upon written instructions would submit that since there is no crime registered against the petitioner, the police never called the petitioner to the Police Station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit the police are not interfering in the subject matter since the matter is of civil in nature. 3. Ms. Sameera Bokka, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of directing the police not to call the petitioner to the Police station for settling the civil disputes. 4

Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Governmetn Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the Police Station for settling the civil disputes since there is no crime registered against the petitioner warranting his presence in the Police Station. No order as to costs.
