2. From perusal of the status report, it is evident that in the trial, there are 29 witnesses in all, out of which, 26 have been examined. The remaining witnesses are to be examined on 02.04.2025.
3. Taking into account the fact that the trial is almost at the verge of conclusion, therefore, the present petition is dismissed.
