Versus State of H.P. & Anr.2. Operative portion of the decision reads as under:- “4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgments and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioners.” 2. In the aforesaid decision, directions were issued to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the decision rendered in Laiq Ram Sharma and 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Versus Laiq Ram Sharma & Ors.5. 3. Respondents have filed the compliance affidavit, as per which, the respondents have considered the cases of the petitioners alongwith others including Sh. Laiq Ram Sharma, who was the lead petitioner in Laiq Ram Sharma3 and rejected the same under office order dated 03.01.2026. Copy of the said office order has also been appended alongwith the compliance affidavit. In view of the office order issued by the respondents on 03.01.2026, considering and rejecting the cases of the petitioners as also that of Sh. Laiq Ram Sharma, the present execution petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of their surviving grievances including against the consideration order passed by the respondents.
