The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patratu (Barkakana) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 3(5) and 324(4) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the accused persons of assault. She submits that the it is not clear from the FIR as to on whose assault the said injury was received by the informant by pelting of stones. She further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today 2025:JHHC:30489 2 and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Barkakana) P.S.
