Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 9 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 326, 302, 120(B), 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that the brother of the Informant was shot dead by unknown person. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of the co-accused. It was finally submitted that apart from confession, there is no incriminating evidence against the petitioner on the record. 4. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the fact. However, he has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the fact that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi or his successor in connection with Ratu P.S.
