Raghunath, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL. 2. Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by Assistant Engineer Operation, APSPDCL, Utukur, along with the current Electricity Bill of the Writ Petitioner. 3. He would submit that the Power Connection of the Writ Petitioner has been restored way back on 23.08.2014 and therefore, there is nothing further to be decided by this Court. 4. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is to submit the Writ Petitioner Smt. Pralayakaveri Venkata Ramanamma W/o Venkateswarlu is having Electricity Power Supply bearing Service Connection No.3742207000391 released with date of supply on 23-08-2014 at Ponnapudi Village in Utukur Section. The power supply is passing to the petitioners Aqua Culture but as on 17.07.2025, the petitioner has to pay an amount of Rs 41935/ (Rupees Forty one thousand nine hundred and thirty Five only) to the APSPDCL. The last paid date is 23.06.2025 an part amount of 20000/.” 3 5. The above written instructions indicate that the power supply was restored on 23.08.2014 and that the Writ Petitioner has paid the current electricity bill on 23.06.2025 for an amount of Rs. 20,000/-. 6. In this view of the matter, no further consideration is required in this Writ Petition. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 8.
