It appears that the accused/applicant was granted interim pre- arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 08.10.2025 and in compliance with the said order the accused/applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement was recorded. In view of the above, the interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court on 08.10.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the terms and conditions as laid down in the interim order so passed on 08.10.2025.
