Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(I)- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents Concerned specially the respondent No.2 i.e. the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Azamgarh Division, Tehsil-Lalganj, District- Azamgarh to Decide the Appeal bearing Case No. 526 of 2024 Computerized Case no. C202415000000526 (Amit Anand Versus Sub divisional Officer Lalganj Azamgarh) Under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, Tehsil-Lalganj, District- Azamgarh, pending before Additional Comissioner (Administration) Azamgarh Division, Tehsil-Lalganj, District- Azamgarh, in accordance with law, with in some stipulated time frame as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned appeal is pending since 2024 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Additional Commissioner (Administration) Azamgarh Division, Tehsil- Lalganj, District- Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforementioned appeal, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
