ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering with and harassing the Petitioner herein in relation to a property dispute which comprises of survey numbers 335/2, 337 and 336/2, measuring a total of A.C.0.11 cents, consisting of a constructed house on an extent of A.C.0.05 cents and a vacant site measuring A.C.0.06 cents which is civil in nature between the Petitioner and third parties, who are residing nearby the Petitioners property and consequently threatening the Petitioner and his family members with dire consequences as illegal, without any authority of law, erroneous, arbitrary and violative of Articles 19, 21 and 300-A of the Indian Constitution; and consequently direct the Respondents Nos.2 to 4 not to harass the Petitioner in relation to a property dispute and pass…”
2. Heard Sri Varun Byreddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had obtained ad interim injunction against the official respondents and on the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the Police are not interfering into the civil dispute and in fact the petitioner had submitted a petition before the Superintendent of Police, Kadapa under Public Grievance and the same was forwarded to the concerned S.H.O. Further, in response to
the said petition, the petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiry and no crime has been registered against the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere into the civil dispute, since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
