This is a plaintiff's petition. In a suit instituted by the plaintiff, an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved which was allowed. It is alleged that the defendants have violated the temporary injunction order which led to filing of the application under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC which is registered as Misc. Case No.81 of 2007 (New Case No.326 of 2022). The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Senior Division)-4, Agra to decide the Misc. Case No.81 of 2007 (New Case No.326 of 2022), after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
