1. The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent nos.6 to 8 in withholding the original educational certificates of the petitioner’s daughter Dasari Sai Geethika, despite the entire tuition fee was paid as has been informed by the respondent no.6 college at the time of admission, as arbitrary, illegal and direct the respondent nos.6 to 8 to return the original qualification certificates of the petitioner’s daughter Dasari Sai Geethika and also to direct the respondent nos.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondent nos.6 to 8 and to pass such other order or orders. 2. Mr. D.Dorababu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition and prays to dismiss the same as infructuous. 3.
