Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 467/2024, arising out of Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024, Corresponding to G. R. Case No. 1748/2024 for the offence registered under Sections 189(5), 190, 191(2) & 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau. On 15.07.2024, it is alleged that a bus bearing registration No.JH03Y-5971 dashed a tempo, due to which, two passengers died and several co-passengers were injured. It is further alleged that a mob of several persons set the bus on fire and assaulted the driver of the said bus, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and for the same occurrence, two cases were instituted one by the Police Officer and another one i.e. the present case, which was instituted by the son of the deceased. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 10982/2024. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau in connection with S.T.
