Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the prayer made by - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23712 WP No. 13537 of 2025 the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to conducting phody in respect of the subject land. Petitioner has made a representation as per Annexure-A, dated 22.01.2025 to respondent No.1 and it is also averred in the writ petition that a legal notice dated 22.01.2025 has also been issued to the respondent. In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner herein to make an application through online seeking phody and the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5. In so far as the legal notice dated 22.01.2025 is concerned, liberty is reserved to the petitioner herein to make application to the competent authority seeking change of entry and RTC and if such a representation is made by the petitioner herein, same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order. 6.
