Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:33482 Court No. - 9 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 2295 of 2025 Petitioner :- Smt. Meera Pateria Respondent :- Ashish Pateria And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Lakshman Prasad Ojha,Praveen Kumar Mishra Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to decide Review Case No.143 of 2024 filed in Succession Suit No.17 of 2013. It is contended that the succession suit was allowed in the year 2017 against which a review application has been filed by defendant-petitioner. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said review petition. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhansi to decide the Review Case No.143 of 2024 (Smt. Meera Pateria vs. Aam Janta and others) in Succession Suit No.17 of 2013, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
