Heard Raghvendra Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record. 2. Petitioner has taken a very unique way to remain absent that despite her subsequent application for child care leave for 29 days, i.e., from 11.02.2025 to 11.03.2025, in continuity with her earlier sanctioned child care leave with a few days gap, was rejected by means of impugned order dated 18.02.2025 still she remained absent without any application for leave. 3. Though the reason assigned in impugned order may not be very reasonable, however conduct of petitioner is not bona fide as she, in assumption that her prayer for child care leave will be accepted, has remained absent for said period without any application or information. Even in support of her averment that her child was ill, no substantial document is placed on record except a bill of pharmacy. Therefore, conduct of petitioner appears not to be bona fide. 4.
