Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal issue involved in the case has already been adjudicated upon; Petitioner has filed a representation dated 10.06.2024 (Annexure P-4) for the redressal of her grievances 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - raised in the writ petition, but till date the same has not been adjudicated upon; Petitioner would be satisfied in case competent authority is directed to decide the representation in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. The above is not objected to by learned counsel for the respondents. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
