JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 28.11.2025 The Petitioners herein have assailed the actions on the part of the Respondent Authorities in rejecting the technical bid of the Petitioner in connection with the NIT dated 03.10.2025 in respect to the work “Security Manpower Service (Version 2.0) - Healthcare; Unarmed Security Guard, Security Manpower Service (Version 2.0) -Healthcare; Security Service Supervisor, Security Manpower Service (Version 2.0) - Healthcare; Aso”. 2. Mr. D. P. Borah, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Health and Family Welfare Department submits that in the meantime, a work order has already been issued to the Respondent No.7 on 27.11.2025. 3. Mr. B. Barooah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners would be well advised to Page No.# 3/3 withdraw the instant writ petition and file a fresh writ petition challenging the work order also. 4. A copy of the said work order dated 27.11.2025 has also been furnished to Mr. B. Barooah, the learned counsel during the course of the hearing. 5. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 6. Liberty given to the Petitioners to re-file by challenging the work order including the challenges already made in the instant writ petition. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
