For ready reference, it is pertinent to extract some portion of written 4. instructions below: “....It is respectfully stated that, petitioner objecting no one should enter in the Gramkhantam area and no one should start any construction works at Gramkhantam area. As it is a matter of civil dispute, I advised petitioner to resolve his civil dispute in the Hon'ble court. On 03.07.2025, Petitioner not give any requisition. Petitioner was filed a Police aid (1 .A.No.230/2022 in O.S.No.455/2023. It is respectfully submitted that, 29.11.2023, Basing on the written report of petitioner my predecessor, was register a case in Cr.No. 157/2023 U-sec 323,324,506,509 r/w 3(5) BNS and 11.10.2024, Basing on the written report of petitioner 1 register a case in Cr. No. 110/2024U/sec 329(3), 324(4) r/w 3(5) 4 BNS of Peddakadubur PS. Both the above cases are in pending trail in Hon'ble court. I and my predecessor register the FIR's without delay after taking written-reports from petitioner....” Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
