2025:UHC:1418 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS
WPSS/184/2025 Hon’ble Rakesh Thapliyal, J.
1. Mr. Bilal Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the respondents no. 4 and 5.
4. By the instant writ petition, petitioner is challenging the appointment of respondents no. 6 to 9. Petitioner was 5 year old when the appointments of respondents no. 6 to 9 were made. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has no locus to challenge their appointments. It appears that present petition is completely a frivolous petition. However, since the learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition,
5. Permission is granted.
6. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
