The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No.22 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 341(1), 340(2) and 303(2) of the BNS, Rule 4/54 of Jharkhand Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2004 and Rule 7/9 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that on the truck and Hywa, 500 cft. stone chips were loaded and the petitioner happened to be the owner of the truck. She further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, which has been disclosed in paragraph 16 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there that 500 cft. stone chips were loaded on the vehicles. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the owner of truck and he has got no criminal antecedent and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj in connection with Mirzachouki P.S.
