This application has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Motinur Hoque under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking bail in connection with Bharalumukh P.S. Case No.96/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 310(2)/140(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. TCR was called for has already been received. 4. It appears that pursuant to the Charge-Sheet having been filed, charges against the accused persons have been framed under Section 310(2) of the BNS by an order dated 15.11.2025. By the said order, the bail application filed on behalf of co-accused persons was rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Kamrup (M), Guwahati. 5. Upon perusing of the TCR and having regard to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the accused person at this stage. 6.
