Case No. 972 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. The petitioner along with one Guruji (co-accused) are accused of committing murder by strangulating the deceased. Charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitinoer. He is in custody since 08.12.2024. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
