Petitioner have been made accused in connection with Bindapathar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 385 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara. 3. On 11.06.2025, at about 04:30 P.M., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Dhasniya Thana, Bindapathar. The miscreants looted Rs.60,000/- from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R., nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. 5. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara in connection with Bindapathar P.S.
