Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet was also filed. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.32455 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025 is totally relaxed. 4.
