Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner was posted as Sub-Registrar, at Saraipali, District Mahasamund and was placed under suspension vide order dated 25-09-2024. However, despite expiration of the period of 90 days, no charge sheet was issued and her suspension order has also not been revoked or extended, and despite her representations made on 05-11-2024 and 14-05-2025, no decision has been taken on her representations. Therefore, the respondent No.2 may be directed to decide her pending representations.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes and submits that, there is no need to pass any specific order with respect to the extension of suspension order.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the pending representations of the petitioner, dated 05-11-2024 and 14-05-2025 (Annexure P/2) within a period of 60 days from the date of production of a copy of this order, on its own merits, in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the respondent No. 2 within 02 weeks from today.
