[2025:RJ-JP:29247] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-348/2025]
2.
Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant is unable to furnish attested sureties, therefore, he could not be released on bail despite granting bail vide order dated 26.05.2025. Therefore, the condition of imposing of two attested solvent sureties may modified to two solvent sureties.
3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate opposes the prayer made by learned counsel for the accused-applicant.
4. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.2724/2025 is modified to the extent that the accused-applicant shall furnish two solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each instead of two solvent attested sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. However, it is made clear that out of the two solvent sureties, one shall be a family member of the accused-applicant and rest of the condition shall remain same.
5. Hence, the application is allowed.
