1. Challenge in this petition is the order of transfer dated 01.01.2025 whereby the petitioner, working as State Tax Joint Commissioner (Appeal) Raipur has been transferred to Jagdalpur on administrative ground.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against his transfer order dated 01.01.2025 he has made representations before the concerned authority on 12.03.2025, 27.03.2025 as also on 10.05.2025, however, the authorities concerned have not considered
2 his representations till date. Therefore, the authorities may be directed to consider and decide his pending representations within stipulated time period.

Replying the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the counsel for the State would submit that though the petitioner moved his representations before the authorities concerned, however there is no receiving of same in any of the representations annexed with the writ petition and therefore the petitioner may be directed to move a fresh representation and the authorities concerned, in turn, shall decide the same in accordance with law within stipulated time period.

Be that as it may, considering the issue involved in the present writ petition and the limited prayer made, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation within a week from today before the respondent No.1 and if such representation is made by the petitioner within said stipulated period, the respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of representation on its own merits in accordance with law in an objective manner.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally
