It has been brought to the notice of this Court that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the date “11.09.2024” has wrongly been mentioned into the order dated 09.07.2025 passed [2025:RJ-JP:34106] (2 of 2) [WMAP-351/2025] by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5416/2025, titled Brigadier Bhupesh Singh vs. Mahendra Kumari & Ors. 2. Upon perusal of the record, it is evident that the correct date ought to have been mentioned as “02.07.2025” in place of “11.09.2024”. 3. Accordingly, the date “11.09.2024” wherever occurring in the order dated 09.07.2025 shall stand corrected and be read as “02.07.2025”. 4. The order dated 09.07.2025 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. 5. Let necessary correction be carried out in the official record. 6.
