1. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.03.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2677 of 2008. The learned counsel submits that there are two typographical errors. Firstly, the name of petitioner No. 2 Udai Kumar Singh has been shown as deleted but he is alive and no order was passed for deletion of his name. Secondly, the name of the petitioner No. 5(a) is to be corrected as Rupesh Kumar

Singh instead of Rakesh Kumar Singh and for that she has referred to interlocutory application being I.A. No. 1838 of 2022 and the order dated 20.02.2023 which also mentions the name of Rupesh Kumar Singh.
2. However, from the records of the case, it appears that at the time of deleting the name of petitioner No.5 in the writ records, the name of Rakesh Kumar Singh has been mentioned instead of Rupesh Kumar Singh and apparently certain error has been committed by the
learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the State does not have any objection to the prayer of modification.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the records, the name of Udai Kumar Singh (Deleted), petitioner No.2 in order dated 21.03.2023 be read as Udai Kumar Singh. Further, the name of the petitioner No. 5(a) which is shown Rakesh Kumar Singh is directed to be read as Rupesh Kumar Singh.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the cause of title of the writ record with respect to the name of petitioner No. 5(a).
6. Office is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the
order dated 21.03.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2677 of 2008.
7. Accordingly, this C.M.P. is disposed of.
