The Petitioner was appointed as Hostel Welfare Officers, Grade-ll in the year 2011. While so, a tentative Seniority List dated 10.06.2025 was issued by the Respondent No.4, calling for the objections with regard to proposed placements in the Seniority List. The Petitioner had submitted objections dated 26.06.2025 stating that the name of the Petitioner is placed at SI.No.14, instead of SI.No.2 in the tentative Seniority List. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondents would contend that the contentions of the Petitioner are based on apprehension only. The Respondent Authority would consider the objections raised by the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders, before issuing the tentative Seniority List. 4. Recording the submissions made, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with the following direction; (i) The Respondent Authorities shall taking into consideration of the objections raised by the Petitioner before issuing tentative Seniority List and pass reasoned order. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
