This application has been preferred by the petitioner namely, Nur Mohammad @ Ali under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying for release on bail, in connection with Sonapur P.S. Case No. 137/2025 under Sections 310(2)/ 331(4) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 The allegation made in the F.I.R. is that on 24.08.2025, the complainant Dipak Hazarika lodged a complaint alleging inter alia that on 24.08.2025 while he was returning from outside and standing at the door of the bricks shop office and called his manager and his chowkidar but they did not open the door, then a group of dacoits consisting of 8/9 peoples with arms and weapons attacked the complainant and looted an amount of Rs. 2,20,000/-, two number of mobile phones and gold ornaments from their house. On receipt of the said information, police registered a case being Sonapur P.S. Case No. 137/2025 under Sections 310(2)/ 331(4) of the BNS, 2023. Case diary is received and perused. Upon perusal of the case diary, I find sufficient incriminating materials available against the petitioner. Having regard to the gravity of the offence despite a period of detention of 75 in custody, prayer for bail stands rejected. Send back the case diary. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
