The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 3.10.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.21, Agra, whereby the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that impugned order dated 3.10.2024 has been passed without considering the facts and circumstances and of position of law. The applicant filed an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to fire Criminal Revision against the order dated 7.1.2023, whereby the cognizance order and non-bailable warrant has been challenged. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
