Dev, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there Page No.# 2/2 is a delay of 76 days in filing the appeal against conviction of the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Addl. P.P. submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned. On considering the grounds of delay provided in the application, we find that sufficient cause for the delay has been made out. Accordingly, the delay of 76 days is condoned.
