The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.80 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 134, 307, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused and the allegations are there against the other co-accused of dashing the victim and snatching the chain. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 11 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused and from the impugned 2025:JHHC:28948 2 order it appears that the notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS has been issued, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and condition or sureties, the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
