After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application in the concerned court as provided under Rule 406 of U.P. Revenue Code Manual. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
