Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be Page No.# 2/2 allowed to withdraw this petition and to appear before the learned Trial Court to file a fresh bail application. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. In the event, the petitioner files an appropriate bail application before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without any further reference to the withdrawal of this bail application. 6.
