Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.4 vide Ex.P5 to update the Record of Rights in respect of land of an extent of Ac.0.11 cents in Sy.No.761/1 of Peravali Revenue Village, Maddikera Mandal, Kurnool District. However, respondent No.4 has not updated the Record of Rights. 3. Sri B.V. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if any person intends to update the Record of Rights, has to make an application under Form VI-A under Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Rules’) to the Tahsildar, by annexing all the relevant documents. Upon receipt of such an application, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Page 3 of 4 SRS,J W.P.No.18714 of 2025 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make an application under Form VI-A per Rule 18 of the Rules by annexing all the relevant documents to respondent No.4. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application under Form VI-A per Rule 18 of the Rules by annexing all the relevant documents to respondent No.4. If such an application is made, learned respondent No.4 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the Act and the Rules made there under. No order as to costs.
