GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Shaik Meeravali, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Deputy Secretary to Government, dated 03.09.2025. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Department of Finance has received the bill and the same will be processed for an amount of Rs.38,48,772/- (Gross Amount). 4. Having regard to the Written Instruction, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, both Inter-departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual coordination and cooperation, within a period of 16 weeks and transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Respondent No.2 for effecting transfer. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed.
