In view of that, let petitioner nos.1 and 2 be read, as “owner and driver” respectively, in place of, ‘petitioner nos.1 and 2, driver and owner, respectively in para 3 and 5 of the order dated 24.9.2025. 4. Paragraph nos.3 and 5, of order dated 18.09.2025 is hereby modified to the above extent only. 5. Since, the error has occurred in the order, the surrender time is further hereby extended for two weeks’ from today. 6. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 18.09.2025.
