Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:37060-DB Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 6734 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vivek Saroha Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sujeet Kumar Rai Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the orders dated 13.1.2025 and 16.1.2025 passed by respondent no.2, Joint Commissioner & Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur (Annexure : 1 and 2 to the writ petition respectively)." 3. It appears that by means of the impugned orders, the Joint Commissioner and Joint Registrar, Cooperative, Uttar Pradesh, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur, has granted approval for division of the primary cooperative society and has confirmed the allocation of villages. 4. Though various procedural irregularities are being sought to be raised by the petitioner in this petition relating to non- issuance of notice, improper agenda and lack of any meeting whatsoever regarding the subject matter for which the impugned order has been passed, however, we find that in case the petitioner is so aggrieved, it is for him to move before the Registrar concerned under the provisions of Section 128 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965. 5. Under the circumstances, we decline to interfere in the matter. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
