When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the Police are not interfering into the civil dispute and in fact the petitioner had submitted a petition before the Superintendent of Police under Public Grievance and the same was forwarded to the concerned S.H.O. Further, in response to the said petition, the petitioner was called to the Police Station and no crime has been registered against the petitioner and that the criminal petition may be disposed 2. 3. of. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere into the civil dispute, since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
