Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents is present. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that regarding solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2, their family members have no objection and both the petitioners are leading their life peacefully being husband and wife and as such no cause survive before petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for pursuing the instant petition and hence the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition. 5.
