The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicant to implead the Commissioner/Secretary (Works), Government of Manipur and the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Government of Manipur as respondent no. 5 & 6 in the connected WP(C) No. 1042 of 2019 on the ground that they are the necessary parties. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA and Mr. S. Taking into consideration the submission advance by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is satisfied that impleadment of the said 2 official are necessary for adjudication of the issue raise in the connected writ petition. Accordingly, the present impleadment application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the Commissioner/Secretary (Works), Government of Manipur and the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Government of Manipur as respondent no. 5 & 6 in the connected WP(C) No. 1042 of 2019.
