M/s Amartex Industries Ltd. Vs Food Safety Officer & Anr. CMP No. 27558 of 2025 in Civil Revision No. 56 of 2022 19.03.2026 Present: Mr. Gurinder Singh Parmar, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Ms. H.S. Rawat, Additional A.G., with Mr. Rohit Sharma, Deputy A.G., for the respondents. By way of present application, a prayer has been made to recall the order dated 06.11.2025 and to restore the petition to its original number. 2. As per the averments made in the application, the matter was listed before this Court on 06.11.2025 and the counsel, who had to argue the case, was out of station and due to the said fact, although, he had made efforts to join the proceedings through video conferencing, but, due to weak network connectivity, he could not connect with the Court proceedings. As such, the matter has been dismissed in default. 3. The Civil Revision was dismissed on 06.11.2025 and application was moved on 09.11.2025. The application is supported by an affidavit. 4. When put to notice, although, respondents have filed the reply, refuting the claim of the applicant, but, considering the fact that the application has been moved within three days from the date of dismissal of the petition, this Court is of the view that the matter should be decided on merits. 5. Consequently, the application under consideration is allowed. Order dated 06.11.2025, is recalled and the Civil Revision, is ordered to be restored to its original number. The application stands disposed of. Civil Revision No. 56 of 2022 6. Vide order of the even date passed in CMP No. 27558 of 2025 (supra), the Civil Revision has been ordered to be restored, to its original number. 7. For hearing, list on 07.05.2026.
