GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents, particularly the 5th respondent at the instance of respondents 6 to 8 in repeatedly insisting petitioner to appear before the 5th respondent police station and insisting him to withdraw the civil dispute in 0.S.No.419 of 2020 on the file of Hon'ble Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Giddalur, being filed by him against the respondents 7 and 8, connected to petitioner's landed property of Ac. 0.03 cents or 145.20 square yards, covered by R.S.No.345/A of Racherla Revenue Village and Mandal of Prakasam District and yield to the demands of respondents 7 and 8, as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, without any authority or sanction of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 5 and 6 not to interfere in any manner with petitioner's possession over the said site nor in his personal liberty.” 2.
