Mr. Praveen Chauhan, Advocate, vice counsel, for respondent No.4. CMP No.23347 of 2025 In compliance to order dated 23rd September, 2025, report has been submitted by the Registry. A sum of Rs.7,09,335/- has been calculated as the amount payable to the applicant/appellant-New India Assurance Co. Ltd. in terms of judgment passed by this Court on 06.06.2025 in FAO No.362 of 2017. The parties have not disputed the calculations made by the Registry. Accordingly, the application is allowed. A sum of Rs.7,09,335/- is ordered to be refunded in favour of the applicant/appellant-New India Assurance Co. Ltd. along with up-to- date interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to the bank account, as detailed in para-5 of the application, after due verification. Application stands disposed of. CMP Nos.20940, 20941 and 20943 of 2025 By way of these applications, applicants/claimants/respondents No.1 to 3 have made prayer for release of the award amount lying to their respective shares in FAO No.362 of 2017. The Registry has already made calculations. An amount of Rs.26,04,594/- is lying in the share of applicant/claimant/respondent No.1 Smt. Pina Devi and amount of Rs.13,53,734/- each is lying in the shares of applicants/claimants/respondents No.2 and 3 Bal Krishan and Manjit Singh, respectively. The non-applicant-New India Assurance Co. Ltd. has no objection in granting the prayer made in these applications. Accordingly, the applications are allowed. The amounts lying in the respective shares of applicants/claimants/respondents No.1 to 3 are ordered to be released in their favour along with up-to-date interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts as detailed in the applications, after due verification.
