ANURADHA KANNEDHARA The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 3RD respondent at the instance of 4TH respondent and her family members, has been repeatedly summoning petitioners to appear before him and threatening to implicate them in false criminal cases and arrest them if they do not yield to the 4THrespondents demands concerning matrimonial issues, as illegal, irregular, irrational, without there being any authority or sanction of law and violative of articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3RDrespondent not to interfere in any manner with petitioners personal life and liberty and pass.…” 2.
