Chistie, learned counsel by producing a Communication dated 12.12.2024, wherein, the budget allotment and the Bill No. 502 dated 15.03.2023 for an amount of Rs.2,71,693/- as well as the Token No. 2023/03/2789 is enclosed, submits that the petitioner has already been paid the arrear salary due to him and therefore, the Order dated 22.02.2016 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 1095 of 2016 stands complied with. Upon perusal of the same, this Court finds that the contempt petition can be closed and accordingly, the same is closed.
