This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioners, namely, Rahezul Hussain @ Riyajul Hussain and Azizul Haque @ Azizul Ahmed, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 807/2025, registered under Section 140(3)/115(2)117(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The case arose out of an FIR dated 25.09.2025 lodged by Biswajit Das with the allegation that on 24.09.2025 at around 8.00 P.M. 4/5 youths forcibly picked him up in a Bolero vehicle and took him to a house and when he was assaulted with an intention to kill and that he has sustained multiple injuries on the body. Both the petitioners named in the FIR. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant and the accused petitioners were doing business together of purchasing used vehicles and selling them but some misunderstanding cropped up and eventually, this criminal case was lodged. 5. The petitioners were granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 24.11.2025. Pursuant to which, they stated to have been appeared and statements recorded. 6. The case diary has been received. The statements have been recorded. It appears that the dispute arose out of business relationship. 7. In the given facts and circumstances, I deem it fit to confirm the interim bail. Accordingly, the interim protection vide dated 24.11.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions – that the petitioners shall co-operate with the process of law. Page No.# 3/3 8.
