The case of the prosecution iS that On 04.06.2025 at Kilakuntla Town, Accused Nos.1 to 8 cheated the comPlainant and Others by operating a private financial company under the name JANANI MACS LTD in the house of Guvva'a Padmavath-I, collecting amounts from the complainant and others. The complainant paid Rs.5,000/-every month as a recurring deposit (RD) from 09.05.2022 to 31z.03.2025, amounting to a total of Rs.2,18,000/-. However, the accused failed tO repay the maturity amount and also threatened the comPlainant With dire consequences. The accused conspired and committed Cheating and criminal breach of trust against the COmPlainant and Others. Based on the report, a case was registered by the police against the petitioner/Accused No.8. 3. Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, opposed in granting of bail stating that investigation is not yet completed. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor further submits that there are monetary transactions between Accused Nos.1 and 8; there are nearly 500 victims in this case; and if the petitioner is granted bail, it would hamper the investigation ancl the petitioner may threaten the witnesses, and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 6. As seen from the record, the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.8. On perusal of the averments of the FIR dated 04,06.2025 lodged by one Kakarla Savithri, there is reference about the name of the petitioner being son of the Accused No.1; except that, there are no specific overt acts levelled against the petitioner in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested on 06.06.2025, he has been in judicial custody for the past 45 days.
The allegation is that Accused Nos.1 to 3 collected +- -- the amounts from the gullible persons and later they did not repay them

The petitioner/Accused No.8 shall be enlarged on bail subject to he executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties for the like sum each to the sat'lsfaction of the learned Jud-ICial Magistrate of First Class, Koi[akuntla. ill. The petitioner/Accused No.8 shall appear before the station House Officer concerned twice in a Week i.e., On every wednesday and;saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
